Card questions, answered
When will my card arrive?
Cards sent by Royal Mail First Class usually arrive within 1–4 working days after dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Faster delivery options may be available at checkout.
Do I have to personalise my card?
No. Personalisation is entirely optional — every card can be ordered blank inside, just as it's shown, if you'd rather write your own message by hand.
Can you send a card straight to the recipient?
Yes. Add your message, pop in their address at checkout, and we'll print, pack and post it directly to them — no need to write, seal or post anything yourself.
Do you have cards for occasions other than birthdays?
Yes. Alongside birthdays, we stock cards for anniversaries, weddings, new babies, congratulations, thank yous, sympathy and more — funny, rude, cute or heartfelt, whatever the moment calls for.
