These Father's Day cookies land straight through his letterbox: hand-iced on a buttery vanilla biscuit base, a tribute to the motors, the road trips, and the Sunday morning drives that made him who he is.

Made by hand in Baked By Steph's East London bakery, carefully packed, and posted directly to his door.

Ingredients: Vanilla Cookie Dough: Plain flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), Caster Sugar, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Golden Syrup (partially inverted refiner's syrup), Self-Raising flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, raising agents: calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Whole EGG, Vanilla Bean Paste (water, glycerin (palm free), pressed fresh vanilla pods, xanthan gum). Royal Icing: Icing Sugar (icing sugar, anti-caking agent E341(iii)), Meringue Powder (WHEAT starch, dried EGG albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulator (cream of tartar, calcium lactate, E334, E270), dextrose, stabiliser (guar gum)), Icing Brightener (humectant E422, colour E131), Cream of tartar (raising agent: monopotassium tartrate), Food Colouring Gel and Paste (glucose syrup, sugar, humectant E422, starch, acidity regulators (E330, E331), thickeners (E406, E551) preservative E202).
