Icing sugar (Icing sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate (E341(iii))), Meringue powder (Wheat starch, Dried egg albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators (calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid, dextrose, stabiliser (guar gum)), Whitener (Humectant: E422, Colouring: E171).
