Changes & Cancellations
Production Speed: Cards are custom-printed almost immediately after ordering. Once you receive a confirmation email, the order usually cannot be changed or cancelled.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed between Friday (after 2 PM) and Monday (9 AM) go straight to print. We cannot make any amendments during this window.
User Error: We generally cannot refund or cancel orders due to customer mistakes (e.g., typos or forgetting a message), but we will try to help if you contact us immediately.
Address Corrections
Your Responsibility: Please double-check delivery details before paying. While we offer a postcode lookup, the final accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
The Window: We can rarely change an address once production begins. If the address is wrong, the fastest solution is usually to place a new order with the correct details.
Blank Cards
Back to Me: If you accidentally left a card blank but sent it to yourself, you can use the spare envelope provided to hand-write a message.
Direct to Recipient: If the card is sent straight to the recipient blank, we cannot cancel it once it’s in production.

Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Response Time: Usually same-day, but up to 48 hours during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day).
